Tomorrow’s Company, the London-based sustainability think-tank, recently surveyed around 200 people working in large organisations, chiefly in financial services, the legal profession, and utilities. It asked who was selected for promotion, whether the process was fair, and whether they believed their organisation to be meritocratic. The results were revealing….
